Internship Overview   The Intern will support the Facilities Management team in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of commercial buildings and warehouse facilities. This role provides hands-on experience in facilities engineering, preventive maintenance, project coordination, asset management, and building operations.   Key Responsibilities   Support day-to-day facilities, engineering and maintenance activities. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring Facilities Management projects. Participate in site inspections, facility condition assessments, and progress reporting. Support preventive maintenance planning and asset management activities. Learn and assist in the use of CAFM/IWMS systems to support Facilities Management operations. Assist with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project coordination tasks. Support building operations and maintenance activities for commercial and warehouse facilities. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and engineering best practices. Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives. Shadow Facilities Engineers to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Facilities Management. Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team.   Candidate Requirements   Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong interest in Facilities Management, building operations, maintenance, and engineering projects. Basic understanding of electrical systems, building services, and maintenance principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional Facilities Management environment.
