You will support day-to-day activities, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how data-driven insights shape business decisions. Key Accountabilities: As an undergraduate intern, you will perform tasks under supervision, learning practical knowledge of capability development and digital learning practices: Support the design and delivery of learning materials and resources. Assist in curating content for workshops and digital learning platforms. Help collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate learning effectiveness. Contribute to presentations and team communications using clear storytelling techniques. Update project trackers and support coordination of learning initiatives. Engage with team members and stakeholders to learn collaboration and communication best practices. Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals. Network with senior leaders and participate in company-wide activities. About You: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines. Strong interest in learning and capability development. Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Teams. Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery. Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
