REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, Sustainability Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with vendors, agencies, and partners.
Ability to plan ahead, think strategically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability, environmental awareness, and event planning is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and event management tools.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support the planning and execution of sustainability-focused events. The intern will play a key role in coordinating schedules, engaging vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution for both monthly (10 events) and flagship events (3 per year). This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about event management, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Coordination: Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of monthly and flagship events by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Vendor Sourcing & Engagement: Research, reach out, and recruit environmentally conscious service providers and product vendors for participation in both monthly and flagship events.
Logistics & Event Preparation: Assist in packing, organizing, and managing logistics to ensure smooth event preparation.
Curation of Vendors & Programmes: Select and curate vendors for monthly events, which may include exhibits, workshops, or seminars related to sustainability.
Marketing Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies to develop and produce marketing collaterals for monthly and flagship events.
Permit & Documentation Handling: Assist in managing necessary permit applications, documentation, and coordination for installation and teardown of event setups.
Strategic Planning: Develop event planning timelines to ensure timely and organized event execution.
Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with vendors, venue providers, marketing agencies, and event contractors to ensure smooth collaboration.
Reporting & Accountability: Create monthly reports to track event performance, vendor participation, and overall event impact.
