Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As Organisational Development Intern, you will support our People department in steering our organisational setup and headcount projection and enable us to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the company’s management team and get the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a meaningful product with a market fit.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support headcount forecasting: You will support our headcount and personnel expense forecasting and steering processes, assuring that we have the right team setup in the right place at the right time.
  • Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. With a strong focus on company headcount planning and department performance management, you will have a critical impact on our company.
  • Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class, data-driven processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.
  • Identify and manage performance improvement measures: Leveraging data, you will directly work with our management & data teams and define actionable recommendations to improve.
