Process Development: Support process development activities to ensure robust manufacturing workflows Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and 3D modeling tools Materials Knowledge: Basic understanding of material properties and selection, especially those used in high-reliability (HiRel) environments Quality Standards: Awareness of quality control processes and standards in the context of packaging and manufacturing Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and contribute to process improvements Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical insights effectively US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
