Description
Develop and maintaining DRC, LVS, RCX and Latchup rules and QA tomeet high quality standards Work with Technology and Fab to define design rules and translatethem into an accurate Calibre DRC and LVS rule decks Work with the Design Teams, Technology Teams, and Fab groups tounderstand specifications and requirements Working degree toward a Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering or a related discipline (Applicant must be a current student) Programming experience (Python, Ruby, BASH, TCL, Cadence SKILL) Understanding of semiconductor device structure and VLSI Understanding of formal QA procedures Experience with MS-Office, ideally basic knowledge in workingon UNIX/Linux platforms Ability to work at our Kentucky office Available for a Spring (Jan-May) 2026 internship We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
