Ready to kickstart your career in procurement at one of the world’s leading travel tech companies? Our Global Procurement team is looking for a passionate intern to join us for 6 months. We’re the team managing trivago’s spending related to product, operations, and talent needs, ensuring that essential resources are acquired efficiently and effectively. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you in understanding the full procurement lifecycle, from vendor management to process optimization. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited about the intersection of business operations and finance, we want to hear from you!

How you’ll make an impact:

• Collaborate with (and be mentored by) a Senior Procurement Specialist & Head of Procurement, observing and learning about the complete procure-to-pay activities
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for procurement transactions
• Help coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of procurement requests
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting tasks to support procurement decisions
• Learn and apply procurement policies and procedures in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with team members on various procurement projects and initiatives

What you’ll need to thrive:

• You have studied business administration, economics, supply chain management, or related field
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and proficiency in German at B1 level or higher is sufficient
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in procurement and supplier relationship management
• Availability for a full-time, 6 month internship and a valid work visa for Germany
