Workflow Optimization: Support the engineering design team with optimization of workflows to help minimize project costs Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Engineering Knowledge: Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity Process Development: Knowledge creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Process Simplification: Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps Initiative: A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
