Responsibilities: Perform support activities for current operational processes; Review documentation specific to internal processes; Process and manage support tasks in accordance with established procedures; Use internal work tools, learning their functionalities; Ensure compliance with the team’s internal workflows and standards; Collaborate with team members to achieve operational objectives; Ensure effective communication with the local unit and with internal/ external clients. Qualifications English language is mandatory, additional language knowledge represents an advantage (e.g. German, Spanish and similar.); Ongoing University Studies in one of the above specializations; Solid computer operating skills - software development experience is required for students looking for a career in technology; Attention to details; Communication and teamwork skills; Ability to learn quickly.
