Calling all Electrical Engineering students, if you are a self-starter who likes first-hand experience Ethos’ Internship programme is the one for you! At Ethos we strive for a collaborative and people focused work environment, one where everyone feels valued at all levels of the business. As an Ethos intern you will instantly start to contribute to the big picture as a member of the team. You will participate in client projects in a supportive environment under the guidance of a mentor. Most importantly, you will take what you have learned in university and apply it here at Ethos, preparing you to continue your studies, and more importantly for your first job after university.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Design: Assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of electrical systems for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of electrical engineering principles and applications to support project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, reports, and project documentation.
  • Quality Control: Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing designs and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Field Experience: Gain hands-on experience by visiting project sites, participating in inspections, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
