Job Title: Internship – Project Operations Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will be supporting the Project Management Team on projects with well-known brands in the telecommunication sector. We are looking for a passionate team member, who will be able to join the team full time for a 6-months internship, handling following tasks: Assist in all phases of project planning and development, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of project milestones Contribute to various project tasks, including quality management, digitalization initiatives, and project delivery support Actively participate in the review and management of project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines Identify opportunities for process optimization and address any bottlenecks or challenges to maintain project efficiency Support documentation processes, including review, organization, and transfer of project-related materials Provide organizational assistance to the project team, helping to ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables Requirements: Currently enrolled in Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial- or Electrical Engineering as well as other domain-related disciplines Experience in project management preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture Team player attitude with willingness to grow and learn Language requirements: Fluency in English and German (C1-C2) mandatory Important: To be considered for this role, applicants must be eligible to work and live in the job location.
