WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Familiarity with managing machineries, equipment’s etc.
• Good knowledge of English. French and or German are considered an asset,
• Knowledge of tire, rubber or plastic industry processing (if applicable).
• Familiarity with manufacturing principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is important.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment. (if applicable).
• Familiar with operating machines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn the process in high-tech production plant
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)

• Strong ability to follow up the tasks defined
• Strong skills to run machine such as specific cutting and grinding machines
• Participate in all activities related with process
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve the daily items
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Participate in workplace organization activities
