Job Description About the internship 💼 Are you ready to take an active role in improving quality processes within an international technology company? As an intern in our Quality Management department, you will support the development and optimization of our Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to concrete improvement initiatives. You will work closely with experienced engineers and quality specialists, gaining hands-on experience in both conceptual work and process improvement. What will you do? 🎯 Conceptual work Supporting the development and further improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) Initiating benchmark studies within Bosch and externally Developing your own concepts and ideas to strengthen our QMS Preparing and presenting decision-making documents for management Process work Supporting in the conversion and optimization of an independent Quality Management System Participating in the analysis and improvement of key quality processes General Active participation in workshops and meetings on current quality topic Qualifications Who are you? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ You are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical/business related degree You work independently and creatively, with a strong sense of responsibility You are quick to understand complex relationships and enjoy developing improvement ideas You show high initiative and curiosity for new challenges You are fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch, French or German is an asset) Additional Information What we offer?
