Job Description We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) starting in February/March to actively support our team in the area of Quality Management with various topics and projects. As part of an internship lasting approximately 6 months (a combination of a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship is also possible), we offer you an attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with different aspects of practical experience. The following activities are the main focus: Support in planning, setting up, and conducting training sessions for Q-experts on Structured Problem Solving (SPS) as well as formats for introducing AI for quality and operations Assistance in managing and processing problem-solving cases Setting up and maintaining Office365 community environments, such as in SharePoint and Teams Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure quality standards in processes Preparation and compilation of decision-making documents for the management of the business unit Support in creating and designing presentations for various stakeholders Qualifications Current enrollment in a degree program in (industrial) engineering, IT, business administration, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on production or quality management Experience in using AI tools for various applications, from text generation to creating VBA scripts for automation in Excel Confident handling of MS Office programs Proactive engagement in your areas of responsibility as well as actively contributing ideas Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken Independent and reliable working style Enjoyment of communication, planning, and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities as well as flexibility Please remember to upload your current certificate of enrollment, your current transcript of records, and an excerpt from your current study regulations regarding the completion of a mandatory internship, as these are essential for processing your application!
