Join Our Team We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that make an impact. Supporting day-to-day activities within the team including simulation and analysis, CAD modelling of components, assemblies and technical drawings Assisting in the creation of engineering models: mechanical, fluid, thermal, etc. Conducting research on component and system test methods Data analysis, test interrogation and reporting Opportunities to attend and observe R&D tests Collaborating with team members and attending meetings Presenting findings or contributing to reports Learning and applying new skills relevant to the role Your profile Currently studying towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline. Experience in Formula Student or similar is advantageous Understanding of manufacturing processes and methods Experience in metallic and non-metallic manufacturing methods, including additive manufacturing Proficient in CAD (3DEXPERIENCE or Catia V5/V6 are an advantage) Knowledge of system modelling & simulation tools such as FEA, MATLAB and Python Strong interest in Research & Development Good communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and take initiative Ability to manage time and meet deadlines We are an equal opportunities employer.
