REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

• Handle the check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Provide information about the hotel, services, exclusive experiences, dining options, etc.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and manage guest accounts.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
