As Intern – Risk Management you will support each department and/or function with the identification of risks and opportunities, monitoring the actual achievement of the mitigation plans. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Assist Functional Risk Management (FRM) to highlight the potential risks according to the specificity of the event Be involved in Configuration Control Management Help keep the issued Risk Register up to date from an admin standpoint Learn how to update the Official Document (Risk-Sheet), where each Risk Structured methodology is collected Help analyze and document risks and opportunities within a process and identify actions to mitigate those risks Learn how to evaluate and resolve manufacturing material quality and supply issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering field, preferably in Management Engineering Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Fluent in Italian and good level of English Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment Passion for technology, willingness to learn from others Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Motivated, focused on achieving goals, and able to perform effectively in ambiguous situations Collaborative mindset with good communication skills to work across functions Previous experience in quality or energy field or in a similar role Inclusion & Diversity Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
