    In order to support our Risk Support Team in the Retail Banking “Risk” line, we are looking for an RST Support Officer trainee (m/f) to strengthen our teams. This internship is for a period of 6 months to 1 year, starting in May 2025.
    Your mission:

As a trainee RST Support Officer (m/f), you will discover, among other things, the banking vision of the activity consisting of the regularization of customers with unauthorized overruns on our books. Your main tasks will be to

  • Ensuring a high quality telephone service for customers contacting us as part of the processing of their file, and for bank colleagues.
  • Analyze the situation of customers within the framework of the files for which we are responsible and take the necessary action.
  • Handle returned mail in the broadest sense (customer replies, mail returned by post, etc.).
  • Ensure the proper eecution of all administrative and/or operational tasks required for the smooth running of the department.
  • Provide “day to day banking” support to the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND EPERIENCE:

  • Bac+4/5 with an economic or financial orientation.
  • A first eperience in the financial sector will be considered as an asset.

SKILLS :

  • Ecellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
  • Genuine interest in the world of financial institutions and companies.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
  • Thoroughness.
  • Proficiency in IT and office automation tools, in particular Word, Ecel, Outlook, Internet.
