As a Salesforce Developer Intern, you’ll join a collaborative, experienced team and contribute to real projects while learning how Salesforce is built, customized, and deployed in professional environments. This internship is designed for curious, motivated people who want to gain practical development experience while building a strong foundation in Salesforce technologies. What You’ll Be Doing Support the team in maintaining and monitoring existing Salesforce applications and customer systems. Assist in Salesforce development tasks such as creating custom fields, objects, pages (Visualforce / Lightning Web Components), and simple automations using Flows. Learn to write and maintain Apex code (basic classes and triggers) under the guidance of senior developers. Collaborate with consultants and project managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in client meetings, training sessions, workshops, and internal project activities (remote or on-site). Help troubleshoot issues by gathering information and supporting senior team members in identifying solutions. Actively learn Salesforce and related tools across our ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Service, and eCommerce). Work toward obtaining Salesforce or ecosystem certifications as part of your learning path. What You Bring Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with the ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement. Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow in a technical environment. Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM or interest in Salesforce development (a plus, not a requirement). Foundational programming knowledge (Apex, Java, or JavaScript at a basic level). Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
