THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • MSc Degree in Engineering/Economics
  • Highly analytical
  • Capable of gathering and processing complex data from a wide variety of sources
  • Base knowledge of important supply chain processes/metrics/goals
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Nice to have: good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be inside the Supply Planning Team. You’ll be responsible to support seamless operation within the supply chain – cooperating with several areas such as Demand Planning, Copacking, Customer Service and Logistic. You will take an active part into projects implementation: your ideas will be the base for setting up effective and efficient processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Global Factories and Global Planning Team to reach targets of forecast accuracy, stock, SL
  • Collaborate with the demand planning, customer service, copacking, distribution and warehousing teams in cross impact flows
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing to find the best solution for our customers. (Being it Product availability, logistic constraints, or others)
  • Monitor KPIs bringing knowledge on them for the whole team to support tactical/strategic decisions
  • Propose innovative ideas to improve KPIs and processes leveraging on both own skills and learnings from other markets
  • Support Demand Planning team and Copacking on insights/analysis for a better forecasting and production planning
