Hardware Design and Development: Develop hardware, including schematic and layout design System Validation and Firmware Support: Support system validation with microcontrollers, Printed Circuit Boards work, firmware configuration, datalogging and scripting PCB Testing: Testing of power Printed Circuit Boards Motor Control Validation and Testing: Validate motor control by adjusting inverter settings, performing speed and torque profiles and recording key signals for comparison of competitive analysis and benchmarking Market Research: Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking Summaries Documentation and Customer Enablement: Document work for customer enablement and create related content Education: Motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Sciences or similar Knowledge: Solid understanding of motor control applications and inverter topologies (e.g. BLDC/PMSM, three-phase bridge, gate drivers) as well as on Power Switches MOSFETs / GaN (datasheet parameters understanding) Technical Skills: Basic knowledge on CAD systems for PCB design like KiCad, Orcad, Altium Designer and simulation tools like LTSpice/Simmetrix as well as peripherals, PWM, ADC, UART and ability to configure evaluation boards under guidance Hands-on Experience: Combination of solid hardware knowledge with applied software skills and genuine interest to make yourself familiar with laboratory testing equipment Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
