Join Our Team We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Reporting to the team leader in R&D Engineering Contributing to R&D activity supporting the Design, Engineering & Test Groups delivering a variety of activities requiring flexibility and ingenuity. Projects may include simulation and analysis related to programs across vehicle development and operational performance Produce basic CAD models of components, assemblies and technical drawings Supporting day-to-day activities within the R&D team including producing models of engineering systems: mechanical, fluid, thermal etc. Research component and system test methods Attend and observe R&D tests Data analysis, test interrogation and reporting Experience in design, engineering and manufacturing context Experience with multi materials Liaise closely with designers, engineers and other internal stakeholders Your profile Currently studying towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Strong interest in mechanisms, hydraulics, component design, prototyping, testing and solving practical engineering challenges Good communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and take initiative Basic knowledge of3DCAD modelling (3DExperienceorCATIAV5 / V6 is advantageous) and engineering data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Excel, Python, MATLAB) Ability to manage time and meet deadlines We are an equal opportunities employer.
