Responsibilities

This is an exciting 8 – month opportunity, starting in September 2025, to learn from a very experienced Total Rewards Team. Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience that will provide the tools needed to accelerate into an exciting career in Total Rewards.

As a Total Rewards Intern, reporting to the Global Total Rewards Leader, you will provide contributions to multiple areas of HR including Benefits, Pension and Payroll. Specifically, you will:

  • Support administration of global compensation, benefits an payroll programs
  • Process monthly reconciliation of various reports across locations
  • Assist in the data management and data maintenance of global Total Rewards plans
  • Produce, audit and provide reporting for all areas of Total Rewards
  • Support the implementation of various initiatives and Total Rewards programs
  • Support Total Rewards Team Members as required
  • Participate in Total Rewards related project initiatives as required
