Purpose The Trial Capabilities (TC) Internship provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in clinical research and development. Working alongside the GBSKL TC team, interns will support the preparation, maintenance, and closure of investigator sites, while ensuring inspection readiness at all times. Interns will also have the opportunity to contribute to a mini project as part of the GBSKL TC team’s process improvement initiatives. In addition, the internship fosters relationship building with TC team members through participation in team-building activities. Key Responsibilities Complete all onboarding modules and the relevant TC curriculum assigned by GBSKL HR and TC management. Assist TC Specialists (TCS) or Trial Capabilities Associates (TCA) in clinical study or investigator site management activities. Undertake routine and administrative tasks to support TC operations, including: Uploading and filing study-related documents in VC or SharePoint. Performing data entry of clinical trial information into trial management systems. Maintaining systems and local tracking tools and supporting performance metrics reporting. Perform quality control (QC) reviews of trial-related documents. Participate in process improvement, innovation, and automation projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations, Lilly medical policies and procedures, and GCP. Take part in team-building and other activities organized by the GBSKL teams. Requirements Pursuing a degree (or equivalent), preferably in a scientific or health-related field. Added advantage for those with experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and specific AI technology skills for automation. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new skills and knowledge. Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English. Willingness to learn in a compliance-driven environment and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective team player with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and managers across GBSKL.
