REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Job Skills Required:
Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent qualifications.
Strong interest in financial markets, preferably with prior banking internships.
Interest in insurance is highly desirable.
Hardworking, self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential for interacting with our UK client base.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As an Analyst, you will contribute to our Coverage & Advisory services for UK Insurance Companies and Pension Schemes. Our client-centric strategy is designed to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support senior bankers in expanding the UK Insurance & Pension Scheme franchise at Natixis.
• Assist in the preparation and research for client meetings and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product partners to onboard new clients.
• Conduct marketing pitch preparation and research.
• Perform financial modelling and credit analysis related to finance transactions.
• Gather and analyse financial data, report variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
• Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including the prevention of financial crime and fraud.
