Job Details Salary Range: $17.25 - $17.25 Hourly Job Shift: Day This is an Evergreen posting that will be open for applications throughout the year. Please note that this is not a currently open role, but an opportunity to be considered for current or future openings. Qualified candidates will be reviewed and placed for screening for current or future position considerations. Responsible for carrying out assigned tasks, including reviewing and proofreading documentation. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and duties assigned to designated departments or areas in the Credit Union. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Fully complies with all SRP Credit Union policies, procedures, guidelines, and service standards, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC Policies. Shadow various departments within the credit union to learn more about their primary roles and develop an understanding of how the roles tie to the mission and vision of the organization. Perform project work as defined by management. Provide other assistance within the department, as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities in this position. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Must be at least a junior at one of the SRP Partner educational institutions. Various Majors. Other Skills: Excellent communications skills. Ability to work with others in a courteous, effective and efficient manner. Ability to input data accurately and efficiently into computer software systems. Ability to exchange information, report facts/technical information clearly and concisely. Ability to attend accurately to many details in a timely manner. Ability to comprehend the consequences of various problem situations and to refer them to the appropriate people for resolution. Ability to resolve questions and problems with the supervisor and to manage personal workflow and meet deadlines. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook Email /Calendar and Internet Explorer software. Physical Demands: This is largely an active role, requiring use of typical office equipment and standing for long periods of time. Requires some sitting, bending and some lifting under 50 lbs. Most work is completed in an office environment.
