POSITION

As part of the HQ Private Client Relations Department, the intern will support the team across all high-end clienteling activities both local and global.
The position is based in Rome.

• Support the team with administrative duties, such as PO’s, Vendor onboarding, Contracts.
• Collaborate with the team on logistics tasks: Shipments, Visa, office daily tasks.
• Assist in Fashion Show organization: hotels, cars, hair and make-up, experiences, bookings…
• Support the team in the creation of ad hoc presentations
• Collaborate with the team Data Insight: client and product reports, analysis & key learning
• Support the team in sharing Clienteling best practices among zones
