Job Description We offer a 6 months Internship programme where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspect of OE (Operational Excellence). You will support our OE team in reviewing and updating SOPs, adding and managing content of OE SharePoint, support tracking, monitoring and the documentation for new hotel openings and rebrands. Further you will drive deployment and ongoing engagement with MIP (Minor Innovation Programme), support internal communication for our company newsletter and support the hotel teams to work with ReviewPro. Additionally you will assist to roll out the post-check in survey and carefully monitor the feedback and results. If you are also interested in identifying trends in sentiment analysis and interviewing team members who are leading operational excellence you should need to apply for this exciting internship. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication (preferably native English speaker) • Interpersonal skills and confidence to build rapport (particularly when working remotely and predominantly by email correspondence) • Ability to tell stories (interesting write ups for newsletters, guest feedback comments etc.) • Layout, design and presentation skills (in PowerPoint or word) • Data interpretation and analysis (excel, including use of pivot tables) • Attention to detail • Interest in the objectives of Operational Excellence • Possibility of extending internship to a full time placement .
