About the role Located in our downtown Toledo Ohio location, we are search of a few Interns that will support in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in turning strategy into creative impact, with exposure to diverse functions such as brand storytelling, digital engagement, and market analytics. Interns work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, assisting in projects that span multiple channels including social media, print, and digital advertising. What you'll do Be a sponge. Assist in planning, developing, and executing brand initiatives and strategies Making sure our deliverables get delivered when they’re supposed to Work cross functionally with people across four offices in different area of expertise Keeping us and the client up to speed throughout the project with status reports, memos and good conversation Keeping up-to-date on client, competition, industry business and agency gossip through trade publications, newspaper articles, literature and water cooler chitchat Completing projects as assigned by your Hart mentor(s) Aside from daily work in your designated department, you may be required to attend/participate in the following: Professional training Lunch-and-Learn sessions Job-shadowing opportunities Networking events Community service Company outings Qualifications Incoming junior or graduating senior at an accredited four-year college majoring in advertising, marketing, business, design, communications or a related field (so something like culinary arts wouldn’t qualify) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud Solid written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and courage to ask questions Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines – we have fun, but we get the work done Passion for your craft; passion is the oxygen of great campaigns Personal skills + character traits You enjoy the creative atmosphere and energy a modern agency setting provides. You have very strong interpersonal skills and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
