JOB SUMMARY

The Interoperability and Rail Vehicle Engineering Team is a small team that provides interoperability and rail vehicle engineering expertise, support and guidance across ORR in its role as a combined economic and safety regulator.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure that the ORR Interoperability and Standards obligations are achieved by:

  • Being the focal point for interoperability authorisation matters in ORR
  • Ensuring internal procedures, processes and guidance are in place and continually improved
  • Engaging with ORR practitioners, applicants, and internal and external stakeholders
