• Training on the use of our 4U portal (primarily used for placing orders, consulting invoices, and delivery notes). You will assist customers over the phone in creating their account, placing their first order, and becoming familiar with the portal.
• Development of the Equipment section of the 4U portal in partnership with the Procurement department. This involves expanding the range of available products, creating technical data sheets, and supporting the CSC Coordinator in responding to customer inquiries.
• Assistance and support of the Customer Service Centre with the creation of customers in the ERP system SAP. Supporting the team via our telephone service. Setting up and implementing a data cleaning methodology and ensuring follow-up
