Job Description Support project teams through research, calculations, computer modelling, and preparation of presentations and technical documentation Assist in producing sustainability-related specifications and reports, and help coordinate with other disciplines as needed Review and provide comments on contractors’ environmental and sustainability reports, drawings, and material submissions Attend meetings with clients, design teams, and contractors to support project coordination and sustainability integration Contribute to problem-solving by applying lateral thinking and proposing innovative, practical sustainability solutions Provide regular updates on work progress to the direct supervisor Qualifications Degree holder in Engineering/Science related to Green Building, Civil & Environmental, Sustainability, Building Service, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent; Knowledge of BEAM Plus; Knowledge in LEED, WELL and CGBL; Knowledge in relevant computer modelling for green building design(e.g. Energy, Daylighting and Lighting, CFD, Thermal Comfort, LCA e.t.c.) Be motivted, confident, organized, efficient and effective communication skills; Proficient computer skills and abilities in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe, e.t.c.; Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; and Fresh Graduate are welcome.
