POSITION SUMMARY Order Processing handles administration and operations for copier and printer sales companywide. The Interterritorial (ITT) Coordinator is a unique position within the company that specializes in A) Support of Copiers Northwest clients with locations outside of Pacific NW service area (“Ship Outs”) and B) Support third-party partner dealers’ clients with locations within Copiers Northwest service area (“Ship Ins”). This role serves as a key liaison between dealers, sales, order processing, and internal departments to support timely communication, resolve issues, and maintain smooth execution of ITT Ship In and ITT Ship Out orders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Paperwork Review * Review, validate, and approve ITT Ship In service agreements submitted by dealers. * Verify serviceability, equipment configuration, pricing accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and contract requirements. 2. Order Support and Data Management * Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including dealer contact information, contract types, and pricing * Identify servicing dealers for ITT Ship Out orders, negotiate pricing and create service agreements * Ensure service agreements comply with internal standards, and contract costs do not exceed contract revenue 3. Manage High Volume of Email Communication * Communicate dealer-provided information to internal depts * Monitor order progress, respond to inquiries and provide updates for in-process orders * Identify missing, unclear, or incorrect information and work directly with dealers, sales, and order processing teams to resolve issues 4. Other related projects and duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred 2+ year degree/coursework related to business administration, operations or logistics. * Experience in order coordination, customer service, logistics, operations, or administrative support. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint * Ability to learn internal ERP & CRM systems quickly.
