Nous sommes à la recherche d’une intervenante au suivi clinique dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité, pour un poste allant jusqu’à mai 2026 (10 mois), potentiellement renouvelable jusqu’à septembre 2026. Le poste est de 28h ou 32h, à définir ensemble.

DESCRIPTION DE POSTE :

L’intervenante offre des suivis cliniques individuels, à court et moyen terme, aux personnes victimes de violence sexuelle et à leurs proches. L’objectif des suivis est d’accompagner, de soutenir et d’outiller les personnes victimes dans la reprise de pouvoir sur leur vie.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a caseworker to fill a temporary position as soon as possible.
The caseworker offers short- and medium-term individual clinical counselling to victims of sexual violence and their loved ones. The objective of these counselling sessions is to provide support for victims and help them regain control of their lives.
We are looking for a clinical follow-up worker to replace a maternity leave, for a position until May 2026 (10 months), potentially renewable until September 2026. The position is 28h or 32h, to be defined together.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in the social sciences
  • Member of a recognized Québec professional order
  • Experience in working with adult victims of sexual violence, mental health, PTSD, crisis intervention, individual clinical follow-up
  • Knowledge, competencies and skills in therapeutic relationships
  • Knowledge of the judicial process would be an asset
  • Ability to question oneself, ask for support and communicate with the team
  • Autonomy, sound clinical judgement, analysis and synthesis of information, introspection and ability to adapt
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
