Description
To achieve quarterly sales objectives by selling to targeted ophthalmic surgeons within their territory. The Sr. RBM is responsible for training and helping to integrate the Glaukos product technology into their assigned practice. The Sr. RBM will attend surgeries and help the surgeon to achieve the desired surgical outcomes for the patient. The Sr. RBM will achieve these standards by focusing on the customer while managing the territory for the best return on investment.
Responsibilities
The Sr. RBM is responsible for achieving quarterly sales objectives by selling to targeted ophthalmic surgeons. They will train and help integrate Glaukos product technology into assigned practices and attend surgeries to assist surgeons in achieving desired outcomes.
