As a member of the Interweave Team, you will provide project support and experience to support the delivery of the Shared Care Record Programme. Working with our stakeholders to ensure access and the best use of systems and digital technology to support the delivery of patient care. Additionally, you will support the PMO to develop policies, guidelines and processes are in place that support the delivery of project and change management across the collaborative.
To lead and support the planning and management of Interweave onboarding process including liaising with workstream leads to ensure their tasks are completed within the timescales
To address any deviations to the delivery of the project plan activities and escalate any risks to them or other identified programme risks to the programme manager / project manager
The post holder will offer a high standard of evidence based professional leadership, knowledge and experience within Projects and service transformation
To work autonomously and develop substantial support systems relevant to the area of work
To initiate and lead the planning and development of a service/project as a member of the team
