Reports to: Customer Services & Intraday Manager
Location: Leicester
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week shifts covering 6am – 10pm (Monday – Friday) and 9am – 5pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Salary: £25,000 - £25,570 per annum.
Any shifts from 6am – 8am will be paid at £15 per hour (Subject to Tax and NI)
Any shifts from 16.30-18.30pm will be paid at £15 per hour (Subject to Tax and NI)

Yü Smart are looking for an Intraday Co-ordinator to join our brand new, innovative business. RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, as well as an excellent telephone manner.
  • Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management.

Responsibilities

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Understanding of SMETS2 products and the metering industry.
  • To work closely with customers, field operatives and energy suppliers and be able to build a good rapport with a range of people.
  • To manage day-to-day operations of the field operatives including work allocation, delivery of customer expectations and jobs outcomes.
  • The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to work with multiple requests simultaneously and complete each task accurately and efficiently.
  • To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.
