This fixed term role up until 30 June 2026 is perfect for someone who as available to start ASAP and loves continuous improvement, problemsolving, content design and enabling others.  You’ll support migration, uplift content, streamline governance, and empower our content editors so the new intranet launches smoothly and successfully.   What you’ll do  Support migration and continuous improvement of information architecture, navigation and content pages  Troubleshoot build/publishing issues prelaunchBuild sustainable processes for BAU training, governance and intranet uplift  Manage approvals and ensure pages meet style, accessibility and metadata standards  Provide hands on support for the Employee Comms team and content editors  Act as the first point of contact for issues post launch  Improve information architecture, findability and templates   Monitor analytics and turn insights into improvements  What you’ll bring  Strong SharePoint Online intranet experience (hubs, information architecture pages, web parts, permissions)   Experience working with an internal comms team to deliver an intranet that enables a positive employee experience  Experience supporting intranet migrations or platform upgrades  Solid understanding of content design, usability and accessibility  Confidence working with both technical teams and nontechnical editors  Bonus: experience in digital workplace adoption, metadata/taxonomy, search optimisation, or employee comms  You’re someone who is  Futurefocused • Collaborative • Execution driven • Adaptable • Humancentred  If you’re ready to jump in, support a major intranet launch, and make an immediate impact—we’d love to hear from you.    Imagine working with us  We understand that work means different things to everyone...  We know happy, healthy people make great teams, and great teams put more heart into each customer and patient interaction.
