About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and communication-focused individuals to join our growing Introduction & Relationship Management team.

As an Introduction Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining client relationships, and supporting client engagement activities within a regulated financial services environment.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates looking to build a professional career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients

- Introduce company services and onboarding procedures

- Coordinate account opening and onboarding processes

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients

- Update CRM systems accurately and consistently

- Schedule follow-ups, reminders, and client tasks

- Coordinate with onboarding, support, and operations teams

- Maintain professional communication standards at all times

- Follow company compliance guidelines and internal procedures

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good English communication is mandatory

- Arabic speaking is an added advantage

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Strong relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome
