Job Description Summary: We are looking for a experienced Intune / SCCM Engineer to join our enterprise IT team. You will design, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM). You will have hands-on experience with modern device management, cloud-based security, and automation, and will help support digital transformation programs. You will report to the Lead Network Engineer, and work in a hybrid capacity from our Noida/Pune, India office. Key Responsibilities: Design, manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Administer and configure mobile devices for enterprise users through Microsoft 365, Intune Standalone, and Hybrid (SCCM integration with Intune) environments. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and participate in ongoing activities to secure SCCM-related accounts with IAM. Develop configuration profiles, software and patch management, and OS deployments for Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Maintain application packaging portfolio in company portal. Automate operational tasks and integrate cloud-based management through Intune. Monitor and troubleshoot Intune environments and SCCM, including software deployment, policy retrieval, and security updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable endpoint management solutions. Support migration efforts from legacy device management platforms to Intune and SCCM. Stay current with Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM updates and best practices to improve the digital workplace experience. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3- 5 years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune and SCCM in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong working knowledge of: o Microsoft Intune(Azure), SCCM(On prem), and Azure Active Directory o Windows OS deployment and management o Mobile device management (iOS, Android) o PowerShell scripting and automation o Endpoint security and compliance The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience with identity and access management (Entra,MFA, SSO). Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance principles and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
