Baffinland has created tailored internship programs for recent Inuit graduates and is currently recruiting interns to join our team on a 12-month internship. Main Accountabilities Fulfill Task set out by supervisor in assigned department Assist with day to day task within the department Perform some clerical duties Participate in regular monthly follow up calls to discuss internship program and opportunities Conduct oneself in a professional and responsible manner Main Qualifications Recent Graduate of Post-Secondary Institute Eager to learn and work with a department within the organization Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English (Inuktitut would be an asset) Job Location Mary River Mine Site, NU, Canada Compensation Compensation for this position is aligned with Baffinland’s approved compensation framework and current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined based on: • Relevant education and certifications • Related training and experience • Internal equity considerations This site-based role is eligible for participation in the travel benefits, site premiums, comprehensive health and dental coverage, and pension participation. Responsibilities
