Optimizes and ensures proper use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP logistics modules (SAP), AppSheet, and other technology solutions, including programming tools. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance logistics visibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inventory Monitoring & Transactions: Execute daily SAP/WMS transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments, issues). Reconcile system balances with physical counts; investigate discrepancies. Support cycle counts and physical inventory across multiple warehouses and DCs. Ensure scanning, labeling, and location mapping are performed accurately. ERP SAP / WMS / Process Support: Assist in WMS configuration, testing, and rollout. Validate master data (items, locations, rules) across sites. Provide training and day-to-day support for operators and clerks using scanning and WMS tools. Troubleshoot WMS or ERP issues and escalate as needed. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to SQF/GMP and regulatory requirements in all inventory processes. Maintain readiness for audits (internal and external). Track shrinkage, damage, or loss and support root cause investigations. General duties Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify and address challenges before they escalate Accept and adapt easily to change Ensure that all activities are consistent with the Company Mission Statement Complete daily tasks for inventory control in SAP.
