We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our regional Allocation and Replenishment team based out of our London Hub. Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilising internal LEGO® systems to manage replenishment on a regular basis to LEGO® brand stores across Europe.
  • Understanding commercial drivers of sales performance in store/ region using data to influence future allocations (seasonality, product mix, availability)
  • Monitoring inventory flow of goods to stores, ensuring deliveries are timely and within thresholds defined for each store.
  • Partnering with District and Store Managers reviewing and placing weekly replenishment orders using performance data as well as inventory targets ensuring exceptions are captured and action taken.
  • Ensure transport and delivery logistics are in line with requirements and that deliveries are made on time in full.
  • Working closely with assortment team to run deliveries of licensed product from external partners in collaboration with the warehouse.
