INVENTORY ANALYST – ANNACIS ISLAND BC

West Coast Seeds is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our accounting team. This role is essential to managing inventory across our operations, supporting purchasing and production planning, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods into our facility. Based out of our Delta, BC location, the Inventory Analyst will work closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure our products are stocked, costed, and available to meet demand, while maintaining strong processes for quality control and forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain coordination, purchasing, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory systems and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is an asset.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs, or import logistics is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Interest in gardening, sustainability, or agriculture is a bonus.
