Business Unit Description:
Driven by Enovis’ desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today’s changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
A logistics analyst - 2 is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and driving utilization of inventory. They are responsible for assessing, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure we are able to meet customer demand and hit revenue targets. This position will work daily with Enovis distributors to support sustaining business as well as new business opportunities with regard to established KPIs. You will be lead projects to improve internal and external processes and utilization. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Oracle order placement/transactions, metric reporting, inventory data analysis, time sensitive inventory field transfers, project management, cross functional collaboration with supply chain, demand planning, enabling technology and sales teams.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in Medical Technology or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams and external partners
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Proficient in Oracle
  • Proficient Microsoft SQL
