REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

• 4-year degree preferable in Supply Chain or Warehouse
• Knowledge of KPI or Metric development,
• ERP knowledge, SOP and/or work instruction development
• Must possess solid written and communication skills.

• Analyze the overall forward pick strategies and product placement throughout the facility
• Proficiently help solve issues based on facility knowledge of how the WMS and/or ERP system operates.
• Provide root cause analysis of process issues and suggest correct actions that help the distribution center increase inventory accuracy.
• Analysis of on-hand inventory quantities, current needs, and forecast future requirements based on internal facility and external information from multiple sources.
• Communicate product placement strategies and the benefits related to changing warehouse activity that can increase productivity. Make recommendations related to warehouse activity for all departments with goals and expectations.
• Inventory reconciliation. Maintain accurate and timely records and ensures compliance with HBB and SOX requirements
• Understand and maintain internal and external requirements for the location-based cycle count program and program metrics.
