We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This critical role will be responsible for driving inventory accuracy, eliminating discrepancies, and strengthening our end-to-end material management processes. The Inventory Analyst will partner across all functions—including Cycle Counters, Buyers, Production Schedulers, Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Management—to identify root causes of inventory issues and implement sustainable corrective actions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, high sense of urgency, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, hands-on, and relentless in pursuing process improvements that support operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities: Investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies across the supply chain. Partner with Cycle Counters, Buyers, Schedulers, Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Management to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained. Utilize Oracle and other ERP tools to research inventory transactions, reconcile variances, and recommend improvements. Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, PDCA, etc.) to strengthen inventory accuracy. Perform ABC/XYZ inventory analysis to prioritize high-value and high-impact items. Support and lead cycle count analysis, driving accountability for results. Recommend and execute corrective and preventive actions to minimize repeat discrepancies. Prepare and maintain inventory accuracy reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership reviews. Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that reduce waste, increase accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. Ability to work onsite at our Oconee facility five (5) days per week; remote or hybrid work options are not available. Proficiency with ERP experience 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Materials Management, or Supply Chain roles. Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, reporting). Strong knowledge of ABC/XYZ inventory management principles. Proven experience with Continuous Improvement tools (8D problem solving, 5 Whys, Kaizen, root cause analysis). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, with a high sense of urgency and ownership. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Preferred Skills & Experience: Proficiency with Oracle ERP system.
