JOB SUMMARY

A growing technology and security solutions company is looking for a Temporary Inventory Control Analyst to support its operations team. This onsite role is heavily focused on data entry, inventory tracking, and administrative coordination, with daily use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing inventory workflows, returns, and order tracking. This is a great opportunity to step into a process-driven role.

SKILLS

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central!
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in administrative coordination or data entry-heavy roles

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily data entry and administrative tracking using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Manage inventory transactions, including returns, drop shipments, and warranty replacements
  • Process and track RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)
  • Coordinate and enter purchase orders, monitor delivery, and project closeouts
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims and inventory adjustments
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery updates or issues to customers
  • Support job costing functions and financial tracking within Business Central
