We are currently recruiting for the position of Inventory Analyst.
The Inventory Analyst reports to the Inventory Team Lead and/or the head of the unit/department.

THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR AN INVENTORY ANALYST ARE OUTLINED BELOW:

  • High school education or GED preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Basic PC skill. (Data entry, EXCEL Spreadsheets, SAP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills. (written, verbal and penmanship).
  • Ability to operate equipment associated with a warehousing environment (forklift, deep reach, VNA, walkie, order picker, RF scanner).
  • Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft.
  • Ability to work in a cold storage (40?F).
Responsibilities
  • Perform clock checks by verifying manufacturing production dates and times against actual inventoried products.
  • Perform product destruction.
  • Perform freight line-item maintenance by removing old product and updating hold product.
  • Perform manufacturing quality inspection audits of inventoried product as required. (i.e. weight accuracy, bag quality, label accuracy, unusual odors).
  • Inspection and audit of staged outbound product. (SKU, visible damage, pallet count).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts. (Verify SKU and box count).
  • Provide general support and assistance in resolving and researching inventory discrepancies.
  • Responsible to perform all duties in a safe, clean, and organized manner. (Work area, equipment, PPE).
  • Run and review the ZSBAL report (SAP reporting) when required.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
