  • Follow the approved Physical Inventory Check Matrix and ensure timely completion of inventory checks.
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder points, replenishment, shortages, excess, and ageing inventory.
  • Analyse inventory turnover, stock movement, and demand trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and share weekly store/region-wise inventory ageing reports with Management and highlight key concerns.
  • Monitor receiving, storage, stock transfers, and distribution to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure stock adjustments are processed only after obtaining Reporting Manager approval with valid justification.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Operations, Stores, and other relevant departments.

  • Supervise, guide, and support inventory personnel where applicable.
  • Conduct inventory visits and audits at stores, warehouses, factories, and offices across the UAE and other regions as required.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory controls and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in inventory management, inventory analysis, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in retail or multi-location inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, reconciliation, ageing, stock movement, and replenishment.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP/POS/inventory management systems.
